Antony Cross — founder and director
Sixteen years across the full fibre-network lifecycle.
Antony is a UK fibre network founder and operator whose experience spans technical design authority, carrier and backhaul procurement, street and private-land civils, HSEQ, service operations, resilience and board-level infrastructure strategy.
He has worked through the decisions that sit behind an operational network: where to place aggregation, how to secure diverse backhaul, how to reduce recurring carrier cost, how to standardise construction, how to recover from failures and how to balance capital efficiency with a supportable long-term design.
Cross Infrastructure applies that operator perspective to data centre developments, infrastructure investors and network operators that need commercially independent advice but cannot afford a report disconnected from practical delivery.

Client-side first
The starting point is the client’s capacity, resilience, programme and commercial objective—not a preferred supplier product.

Existing assets before new build
Available carrier and infrastructure options are tested before bespoke civils are proposed.
Separate commercial scopes
Consultancy, procurement and any Crosskit delivery proposal remain transparent and separately agreed.

Independent advice with an optional delivery route.
Cross Infrastructure is the trading proposition of Cross Limited. Cross Limited holds the consultancy, client-side advisory and commercial procurement appointment.
Where the project requires new telecommunications infrastructure, a separately scoped delivery role may be undertaken through Crosskit Limited, an Ofcom-listed Electronic Communications Code operator, together with specialist civil, fibre, splicing and testing contractors.
