Complimentary initial assessment

Free data centre connectivity desktop survey.

Send us your proposed UK site or project. We will provide a high-level view of nearby fibre infrastructure, credible network options and obvious route or delivery risks—before you spend on detailed due diligence.

A useful first filter

Enough evidence to decide whether a site deserves deeper work.

The free survey is deliberately concise. It is intended to expose obvious connectivity advantages, gaps and questions early—not replace carrier engagement or investment-grade due diligence.

What comes back

Credible nearby networks or corridors identified from available evidence.

03

Frequently asked questions

The free desktop survey.

Clear boundaries keep the free screen genuinely useful and prevent it being mistaken for detailed due diligence.

Is the desktop survey really free?

Yes. The initial high-level screen covers a proposed UK site or project and carries no obligation to appoint Cross Infrastructure or any carrier.

What information do you need?

A postcode or site location is enough to start. A boundary plan, target electrical capacity, required network capacity and intended programme will make the initial assessment more useful.

How quickly will I receive it?

We aim to return the initial screen within two working days once sufficient site information has been supplied. Complex or remote sites may require a little longer.

What does the free screen not include?

It is an initial, non-reliance desktop view rather than a detailed route survey, carrier quotation, legal opinion, guaranteed delivery programme or investment-grade due diligence report.

Will my site or project details be kept confidential?

Site, project and contact information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry. Sensitive material should be clearly marked, and a mutual non-disclosure agreement can be put in place before detailed information is shared.

Already beyond the desktop stage?

For a shortlisted or acquired site, we can move directly into route verification, carrier engagement and a board-ready connectivity due diligence report.
